HOBING DOCS
A home for your site.
Publish static websites from your browser or your AI agent. Manage the files, links and account behind them in one place.
01 / START
From files to a live link.
New here? Follow the HTML upload guide, learn how to publish an AI-generated website, or compare hosting plans.
- Choose account or anonymous publishing. Use Google or email and password to save sites and use your Free/Pro benefits. Choose anonymous for a temporary link without signing in. Registration and login send no email; email is used for password recovery.
- Publish an HTML file, ZIP or built site folder from the upload box. Or copy the prompt on the homepage and give it to your agent.
- Open your site using the returned HTTPS link. Check its expiry or always-online status in Dashboard.
Build React, Vue and other frontend projects in your available development environment first, then upload the output with a root index.html. Plain HTML/CSS/JS needs no build. JavaScript runs in visitors’ browsers. Server processes, cloud builds and databases are not included. All published files are public: exclude passwords, API keys, private data and source maps.
Anonymous uploads get a temporary link, normally valid for 24 hours. Keep the private claim link to save the project to an account before it expires. Share only the public site URL. Anonymous uploads do not use your account’s Pro benefits. Anonymous publishing allows 30 operations per public IP per UTC day, counted separately from account publishing. A separate shared-network safety limit of 600 publishing operations per UTC day applies across both modes. If a limit is reached, use the reset time in the error; the account Usage page is not available anonymously.
02 / YOUR SITES
Keep control after publishing.
Upload up to 25 MiB per site on Free or anonymously, or 200 MiB on Pro. File counts are 100 anonymously, 300 on Free and 1,000 on Pro. All files share this total; there is no smaller per-file allowance. Large files upload in chunks automatically. ZIP limits apply to the extracted files.
- Site name and icon
- Right-click a site in the sidebar, or tap its ⋯ button, to rename it, set a dashboard icon or delete it. Renaming keeps its address. Choose an emoji, short label or upload an image; dashboard icons do not change your website favicon. Deleting asks for confirmation.
- Update files
- Replace an online site’s files while keeping its link and expiry. Upload the complete new bundle.
- Turn a site off or on
- The sidebar switch is yellow when online and gray when offline. Turning off asks for confirmation. Files and the current address stay saved; turning off does not pause expiry. Expired links must be republished from site settings.
- Keep online
- In site settings, use an available always-online slot. Free includes one; Pro includes 20 and publishes new sites as always online by default. Making a site temporary restores its original expiry and may take it offline immediately. Turning it off does not release the slot.
- Republish
- Create a new random link after the displayed cooldown. The previous random link stops working. Existing Pro custom addresses stay the same.
- Download or delete
- Download a saved site’s files, including after its temporary link expires. Deleting removes the site and disables its links. Keep your own backups.

Monthly usage resets on the first day of the month at 00:00 UTC, independently of your billing date. Accepted upload attempts, updates and republishes count toward publishing usage. File requests include assets and previews, so they are not the same as visitor counts. Daily, hourly and platform limits also protect the service. Reaching a quota can pause uploads or serving; no automatic overage charges apply. Click your account icon to see live storage, monthly publishing and file-request meters. Choose View details for all limits, including hourly/daily publishing and reset times. Storage and saved-site counts reflect actual files; they do not reset each month.
Upgrade, manage or cancel
Open Manage subscription to see your plan and features. Upgrade to Pro opens plan selection. Subscribers can open billing management to cancel renewal, change their payment method or view invoices. Pro activates after the server confirms successful payment.
Cancellation keeps Pro until the paid period ends. Free limits then apply; excess always-online sites and Pro-only addresses may pause. Downgrading alone does not delete saved files. First-time monthly or annual subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days under the Refund Policy. Cancelling renewal does not automatically request a refund.
04 / AGENTS
Your account. Your approval.
Choose account login or anonymous publishing. If you have not chosen, the agent should explain both options and wait for your answer. Anonymous publishing skips authorization and does not use account benefits. Logging in on the website does not automatically connect an external agent. Give your agent the homepage prompt or ask it to read hobing.link/skill.md.
No CLI installation is required. Automatic publishing needs an agent tool that can send external HTTP requests; reading websites or generating code alone is not enough. Available tools vary between AI products and chat modes. If your agent cannot upload, ask for the HTML or ZIP and upload it on the homepage, choosing account or anonymous publishing there. Requests from another website's preview can be blocked by origin restrictions. A generated command is not a completed deployment: success requires an actual API response with a site URL.
For account publishing:
- Your agent gives you an authorization link and pairing code.
- Open the link, sign in to the intended account, compare the code and review the access requested. Approve only a request you started.
- The agent receives a separate credential and checks your current Free or Pro plan before publishing. You never need to send it your password.
Access lasts 30 days and covers all websites in your account, including publishing, updating, downloading, taking offline and deleting. It excludes payments, passwords, account settings and domain authorization. Upgrade or downgrade changes apply to subsequent requests.
Use Connected agents in the account menu to revoke access. Website logout does not revoke it; a password reset does. Revoking leaves your published sites intact. Technical details live in the API reference.
05 / ADDRESSES
Start with a hobing.link address.
Every site gets a random subdomain such as abc123.hobing.link. Pro lets you choose an available prefix, such as your-name.hobing.link, through site settings → Domains.
Your own domain BETA
Pro can connect up to three owned hostnames. Domain purchase and renewal are separate; no purchased domain is included in Pro. The purchase link takes you to an external registrar.
For a domain whose DNS is managed by Cloudflare, try automatic connection and authorize access in Cloudflare. Where you bought the domain does not determine who hosts its DNS. Automatic setup is in beta and may fail. The manual option displays the DNS records to add at your provider; check the connection after they propagate. SSL must be ready before the address can serve the site.
If connection fails, your working hobing.link address is still available. Use manual connection or report the problem below. Custom addresses still follow the site’s expiry, availability and Pro status.
06 / WE’RE LISTENING
Tell us what needs work.
The feedback box accepts bug reports, feature ideas, domain problems, billing questions and abuse reports. Messages are private to the hobing team. Include a contact email if you want a reply.
For a useful report, include the site URL, what you tried, what you expected and the exact error message. Never include passwords, access tokens, card details or private files. For billing or refunds, use the account email and invoice reference if available.
Support is available by email and the feedback box. Read the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for the full service and billing rules.
