Refund Policy
Effective October 25, 2026 · Version 2026-10-25
Cancelling renewal stops future subscription charges. A refund requires a separate request. This policy applies to hobing Pro and supplements our Terms of Service.
1. First subscription
You may request a full refund of your first Pro subscription payment within 7 days (168 hours) of that successful payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, including the introductory monthly price. You do not need to give a reason. The refund covers the amount actually paid, including any tax collected on that payment; it does not refund a discount as cash. This offer applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or a later re-subscription.
2. Renewals and billing problems
Monthly and annual renewals are normally non-refundable. Unused time or forgetting to cancel does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and cases where a paid service was not delivered, and provide refunds where required by applicable law. Contact us promptly with the details so we can investigate.
3. How to request a refund
- Open Request a refund or email ty54c200754@gmail.com with the subject "hobing refund request". Sign in to the relevant hobing account if possible.
- Provide your account email, payment date, amount and invoice number if available, and describe any billing or service issue. A reason is optional for a first-subscription request within 7 days.
- If you use the form, keep the confirmation reference; if you email us, keep your sent message. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting the form does not automatically issue a refund or cancel a subscription.
Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or API keys. We may ask for information needed to match the payment to your account. Leave a contact email so we can follow up if needed.
4. What happens after approval
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on the payment method and your bank; some refunds appear as a reversal of the original charge. We do not guarantee a specific bank processing time.
A full refund of the current subscription period ends the associated Pro access and future renewals. Free limits then apply. For a partial refund, we will explain any effect on access before processing it. Domain registration and renewal fees paid directly to another provider are subject to that provider's refund policy.
5. Cancel without requesting a refund
Go to your account menu or Dashboard → Manage subscription → cancel renewal. Pro remains available through the paid-period end shown there. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next subscription charge. You can also view invoices and update your payment method in that portal.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where those rights differ from this policy, those rights apply.
