hobing hosts websites you publish. Pro is a recurring subscription. You can cancel renewal in Manage subscription and keep Pro until your paid period ends. Our Refund Policy explains refund requests.

1. Who provides the service

hobing is operated by TING YU TYLOR CHAN, trading as Hobing ("we", "us"). These terms apply to hobing.link, its publishing API and the website hosting service. By using the service or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Contact us at ty54c200754@gmail.com or through the support form. Include a contact email in the form if you need a reply.

2. Your account

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and authority to use any payment method or domain you connect. Provide accurate account information and keep passwords, sessions and site-management credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, copy, process and deliver your uploaded files only as needed to operate and protect the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish them. Published files are publicly accessible while a site is online; do not upload passwords, API keys, private records or other secrets.

Do not use hobing for unlawful content, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, infringement of others' rights or attacks on other systems. Do not bypass quotas, create accounts to evade limits or interfere with the service. Report abuse through support, including the full site URL and a description.

4. Hosting and limits

Free and Pro include different limits on storage, sites, publishing and file requests. Current limits are shown in the plan and usage interface. Temporary links expire at the time shown. Always-online sites require an eligible account and available plan capacity. Keep your own backups.

Monthly usage quotas reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month, separately from your subscription renewal date. Accepted upload attempts, updates and republishes count toward publishing limits. File requests include assets and previews, not just visitors. Reaching a limit can pause the relevant operation or serving of files. We do not automatically charge overage fees.

5. Pro pricing and automatic renewal

Pro costs USD $6 per month or USD $60 per year. Eligible first-time monthly subscribers pay USD $3.50 for the first month, then USD $6 per month. The first-month offer does not apply to annual subscriptions or repeat subscriptions. The amount and billing interval are displayed before payment. Any applicable tax collected at checkout is shown there; your bank may apply its own conversion or payment fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Pro becomes available after successful payment is confirmed by our server. A payment confirmation page alone does not grant Pro.

6. Cancellation and downgrade

Open your account menu or Dashboard, choose Manage subscription, then cancel renewal in the billing portal before the next renewal. The portal also lets you update your payment method and view invoices. Cancellation keeps Pro active through the displayed paid-period end and does not itself request a refund. If you cannot access the portal, submit a support request.

After Pro ends, Free limits apply. Sites beyond the Free always-online allowance and Pro-only addresses are paused. Exceeding Free storage prevents uploads that increase storage; downloading and deleting existing files remain available. A downgrade alone does not delete your stored files. You can choose which eligible site to keep online through the site controls.

7. Refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

8. Domains and beta features

Pro allows custom hobing subdomain prefixes, subject to availability and reserved names. Buying and renewing a separate domain is your responsibility and is not included in Pro. Domain purchases through external links are governed by the registrar's terms.

Connecting your own domain, including automatic Cloudflare authorization, is a beta feature. Success and setup time are not guaranteed. DNS permissions, third-party services and certificate issuance can affect setup. Manual connection and the support form are available if automatic setup fails. Do not rely on beta domain connection as the sole reason to subscribe.

9. Availability, suspension and changes

Maintenance, faults, security incidents and third-party outages can interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular uptime percentage. We may restrict content or accounts to address unlawful activity, security risks, abuse or non-payment, and will provide an explanation when practical and lawful. Contact support to request a review.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to paid pricing or subscription terms will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal so you can cancel. The current version and effective date appear on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Information used to provide the service

We process account information, uploaded files, usage and billing records to operate the service. Cloudflare provides hosting infrastructure and Stripe handles payment information. hobing does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Support messages are private to the hobing team.
